Two of three winners from Monday's FTOPS XXI tournaments are Americans who relocated abroad following Black Friday's fallout in order to continue excelling in their chosen profession.
Event #19 was set at a $240 + $16 buy-in for Pot-Limit Omaha Hi/Lo Knockout. Entrants for the tourney numbered 460, knocking out the $75,000 guaranteed prize pool in favor of $92,000 in prize money. Forty-five players cashed with Bill "Bill Gazes" Gazes outlasting the field to win $19,157 following a deal with second placer "BredaBreda," who took home $18,102. Though Gazes may lack creativity in screen name selection, his poker skills in Event #19 were not lacking at all.

No-Limit Hold'em, 6-Max, Double Chance at a buy-in of $1,000 + $60 attracted 387 players for a prize pool of $387,000 in Event #20. After almost ten hours of play, U.S. refugee Taylor “ambigousity” Paur claimed a gold jersey and $73,559 after a three-way deal with “Ramux” and “IITTII," who finished second and third, respectively. FTOPS organisers set the guarantee at $200,000, perhaps not counting on so many Americans to pack up and leave their homeland in order to compete online in tourneys such as Event #20 at FTOPS XXI.

No-Limit Hold'em Turbo at an entry fee of $200 + $16 was slated for Event #21. A prize pool of $165,400 went to the top 90 players after 827 participants more than tripled the $50,000 guarantee. Relocated Americans failed to achieve a hat trick on the day as UK's Jareth “ateraaj2001” East nailed a payday of $28,564. East made a final table heads-up deal with "Tiltn_Mafks," who walked away with about $65 less after three hours of tournament action.

The FTOPS XXI Leaderboard now finds "callyoudownn" in the top spot after finishing 29th in Event #20 for $2,515.50. That was the sixth time cashing in FTOPS XXI tournaments for "callyoudown," who is being pursued by "OneUponAStar" and "mrcall912," among others.
Another three events are scheduled for Day 10 on Tuesday. A $100 + $9 Pot-Limit Omaha Hi with Rebuys at $150,000 guaranteed for Event #22; Event #23 is a $500 + $35 buy-in 10-Game, 6-Max, Multi-Entry Tournament at $75,000; and Event #24 has an entry fee of $207 + $9 to play No-Limit Hold'em, Rush, Super Turbo.
